Sheet Included with KB-7 Keen-Edge Pinking Shears

This was a budget line introduced after the CB-7 was introduced. Searching a newspaper database found a few store ads. A July 15, 1952 jewelry store ad had the KB-7 for $1.44, vs. $3.95 for the CB-7. On May 2, 1953, a department store had the shears for sale for $1.64. The box that this paper came in had a price sticker with $2.95.

The KB-7 is slightly smaller than the CB-7. It weighs 4.7 ounces versus 6.2 ounces. The inside of the KB-7 blades were not ground. The handles were less polished under the paint.

The address was a building on the street behind the Wiss factory. The street later became part of the factory's parking lot.

The $1.25 resharpening price is lower than the price charged for the CB-7. That price had been $1.35, but around when this came out that price became $1.65.
