An order dismissing a patent infringement suit against J. Wiss & Sons Co. of 31 Littleton avenue, cutlery manufacturers, was signed yesterday by Federal Judge Clark.

The suit was filed February 28 last by the Alliance Manufacturing Co. of Alliance, O., which charged infringement on a patent on cutting shears. The order, which provided for dismissal, without prejudice or costs to either party, was presented by Pitney, Hardin & Skinner. Consent was given by Wall, Haight, Carey & Hartpence, plaintiff attorneys.
