Victor Paul, vice president and general manager of Wiss Sons, Inc., jewelers, has announced the promotion of Charles Manz to manager of the Montclair store. Manz, who has been with Wiss since 1946, succeeds Peter A. Drury 3d who resigned to join the sales staff of Lenox, Inc.

Mrs. Dorothea G Fawcett has been made assistant manager of the Montclair store. Miss Alvina Ochtman, costume jewelry buyer since 1944, has been promoted to assistant merchandise manager.
