The Wiss Building at 665-671 Broad St., a mid-Newark landmark sold last week by Wiss Realty Corp. through Leslie Blau to a New York syndicate headed by Charles Walzer, has been resold through the same brokerage. The new owner is C.R. Rudinger, owner of Tomkins Tidewater Terminal, South Kearny. Blau continues as managing agent of the property.
