The application must now be presented for approval of the Township committee.
The Wiss company has an option to purchase the Kroyden plant, which manufactures golf clubs, pending final approval of its application. The company plans to manufacture shears, metal snip and cutting and garden tools in the plant.
David Golder, vice president of Kroyden, said today the company is planning to move to Massachusetts. "We are considering three towns there, but haven't made a decision," he-said.
