The Jordan Building, directly to the north of the Wiss Building at 665 Broad Street, has been purchased by Wiss Building Associates and-consolidated into the partnership holding represented by Mortimer L. Schultz of Plainfield, general partner of the real estate syndication.

Schultz, president and chairman of the board of Office Buildings of America, Inc., said the Associates now own, besides the 10-story Wiss Building adjacent properties to the north, south and west with 135 feet total frontage on Broad Street. Ultimately the owners plan to consolidate its holdings in one modern 10-story office building in which Jordan will be a major first floor tenant.
