MEMPHIS, Tenn (API)—The nation isn't big enough for A.J. Wiss & Sons Co. and a Gee Whiz Tool Corp., both selling the same type of products, according to a trademark infringement suit filed in federal court yesterday.

The Wiss firm of Newark, N.J., asked that the Gee Whiz firm of Memphis change its name to end public confusion. Both firms sell shears, snips and clippers.
