After the Bay Head Storm 1962

On Ash Wednesday, March 8, 1962, a low-pressure system arrived during the height of the spring tide. See: 50 years later, N.J. remembers the storm that swallowed the Jersey Shore.
Looking at the remains of the boardwalk. Looking up from Johnson Street. The are working on building the row of rocks. They helped save the town when Superstorm Sandy came along.
