Mrs. Mildred S. Wiss of Kenilworth drive and Bay Head, and Carleton Ford Smith of Sodus and Newark, New York, have announced their marriage on December 12 in Christ Church, Short Hills, Rev. Herbert H. Cooper performed the ceremony. A small recption followed.

Mrs. Wiss was escorted by her oldest son, Norman Wiss, Jr. Kenneth Wiss and Frederick Wiss served as ushers.

Roger Smith served as best man for his father.

Mrs. Smith was the widow of the late Norman Frederick Wiss. Mr. Smith's former wife was the late Ethel Peirson Smith.
