SHORT HILLS–The engagement of Miss Virginia Drake to Richard R. Wiss has recently been announced by the parents of the bride-elect, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur W. Drake. Mr. Wiss is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Robert Wiss, of South Orange. Both are well known along the shore. They spend their summers in Avon.
