The first picture is from Google Streets 2014. Since this picture was captured, the house was torn down. The property had 2.55 acres, and the speculator created two building lots which were put on sale for $1,500,000 each. The Zillow listing.

You can see the two building lots below. The property just below #84 was part of the property, but Florence sold it off to a friend in 1951. I believe the property above also was also part of the original property. The back yard property lines line up with #84. The build dates on the houses above are 1953-1954. (Her husband died in 1949.)
