Mar 3/06  Special meeting of Board of Director, Treasurer report for 1905 rec'd,
          read and ordered on file. A motion was carried to distribute
          One Thousand dollar out of the surplus of the Company to the
          superintendent and foremen, as on incentive to greater efforts in
          behalf of the welfare of the Company. Meeting adjourned.
