Jan 26/11  Meeting of the Board of Director of the
           J. Wiss & Sons div. held Jan 26/11 after close of
           stockholder meeting. Present were F.C.J. Wiss
           and H. Rauh a majority of director elected at
           stockholder meeting this day.

           The Board organized by the election to officer of
           the following: F.C.J. Wiss - President; J.B. Wiss
           Secretary; F.C.J. Wiss - Treasurer.

           No further business, the meeting adjourned.
