Jan 23/13  Meeting of the Board of Director of the
           J. Wiss & Sons div. held January 23/13 after close
           of stockholder meeting. Present were
           F.C.J. Wiss, J.B. Wiss, H. Rauh, all the
           director elected at the stockholder meeting
           held this day. The board organized by the
           election of the following officers:
           F.C.J. Wiss President, F.B. Wiss Secretary
           F.C.J. Wiss Treasurer.

           No further business, the meeting adjourned.
