          The following resolution was presented and adjusted
          Resolved: That the President of this corporation
          be and hereby is authorized and directed to
          enter into, execute and deliver in the name
          and under the seal of the corporation, contract
          for Work Order No. P12437-972M, dated the 23rd
          day of July 1918, with C.W. Watson, Lt. Col. Ordnum [needs research]
          N.H., in behalf of the United States of America,
          for delivery of shear amounting approximately
          to $5770.14. Motion to adjourn carried.
