Nov 15/18  Special meeting of the Board of Director
           called to order by the President this 15th day of November
           nineteen hundred and eighteen.

           Present were Fred C.J. Wiss, Fanny B. Wiss, J.R. Wiss.
           The following resolution was moved, seconded and
           carried, Resolved: That the President of this
           corporation be and hereby is authorized and directed
           to enter into, execute and deliver in the name
           and under the seal of the corporation, contract
           No. 43303, dated November 4th, 1918 with the
           Paymaster several United States Mary in behalf
           of the United States of America, for the delivery of
           amounting approximately to $13,089,60.

           Motion to adjourn carried.
