May 8/22   Special meeting of the Board of Director called
           to order by the Vice President at 2:45 P.M. this eighth
           day of May, Nineteen Hundred and Twenty Two.

           On motion of J.R. Wiss seconded by J.B. Wiss
           the following resolution was offered and duly passed.

           Resolved: That Norman F. Wiss the assistant 
           treasurer of this corporation be and hereby is 
           authorized to enter into a proposal with the 
           Commissioner of Indian Affair to furnish as may 
           be ordered from time to time during the fiscal 
           year beginning July 1, 1922 and ending June 30, 
           1923, material, supplier and equipment such
           items on which the prices have been entered.

           Motion to adjourn carried.
