Oct 20/24  Special meeting of the Board of Director 
           called to order at 9:30 A.M. this Twentieth day
           of October Nineteen Hundred Twenty Four.

           Present were F.C.J. Wiss, J.Robert Wiss and 
           Norman.F. Wiss.
 
           N.F. Wiss moved that we pay a dividend of Five (5%) 
           percent on the common stock of the company 
           be declared and hereby is declared payable 
           at once out of the surplus of the company. Motion
           seconded by J. Robert Wiss and carried.

           Motion to adjourn carried.
