Feb 23/26  Special meeting of the Board of Director called to
           order by Vice President J.R. Wiss at 10:05 A.M. this 23rd 
           day of February 1926. Present were N.F. Wiss, J. B. Wiss 
           and J.R. Wiss.
 
           Norman F. Wiss made a motion that a dividend of Ten 
           (10%) percent on the common stock of the company 
           be declared and hereby is declared payable at 
           once out of the surplus of the company to stock
           holder of common stock. Motion seconded and carried.

           Motion to adjourn carried.
