Nov 16/27  Special meeting of the Board of Director called
           to order by the President at 10 A.M. this 16th 
           day of November 1927. 

           J. Robert Wiss made a motion that a dividend of
           Ten (10%) percent on the common stock of the company 
           be declared and hereby is declared payable 
           at once out of the surplus of the company. Motion 
           seconded by N.F. Wiss and carried.

           Motion to adjourn carried.
