Meeting of the Board of Directors of J. Wiss & Sons Co.
elected by Stockholders, held this 28th day of January, 1932,
after close of Stockholders' Meeting, called to order at
3:30 p.m.

All the directors were present.

The following officers were nominated and elected:

President                 - J. Robert Wiss
Vice President            - Norman F. Wiss
Treasurer                 - Norman F. Wiss
Assistant Treasurer       - Jerome B. Wiss
Secretary                 - Jerome B. Wiss

It was moved, seconded and carried, that the salaries of
the officers be revised, resulting in a total reduction and
saving to the company of approximately $20,000.

Motion to adjourn carried.
