At a special meeting of the Board of Directors the following were
present: J. Robert Wiss, Norman F. Wiss and Jerome B. Wiss.

Jerome B. Wiss moved that the President and Vice President be
authorized to sign a petition protesting against certain city
ordinances concerning the issuance of bonds by the City of Newark,
for the purpose of erecting a new City Hospital and a new High
School.

AND FURTHER RESOLVED: That the same be submitted to a referendum
of the voters.

Motion seconded by Norman F. Wiss and carried.

Being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
