Special meeting of Director J. Robert Wiss, Norman F. Wiss, and Jerome 
B. Wiss:

Jerome B. Wiss moved that Norman F. Wiss be authorized to spend up to
$3,000 to investigate electric razor patents, pending law suit, and
make working model. Motion seconded by J. Robert Wiss and carried. 

Motion to adjourn carried.
