J. Wiss bought Boker in March 1970 and owned it until it was sold along with the company in 1976. Dated November 1972. This most often appears on eBay with the 1973 Boker-Wiss Commemorative Pocket Knife.

After the purchase on December 1, 1976, Cooper came out with these instructions that excluded the Boker name. Apparently they initially didn't think the Boker name was worth keeping. This did not last long. Probably only a few months.
