Willis Cowlishaw, formerly president, has accepted a top administrative position with the Fine Jewelers Guild, with which Wiss is affiliated.
Paul, son of the board chairman, lives at 83 Martin Road, Livingston. He is a graduate of Lafayette College and served two years in the U.S. Army security agency before joining the Wiss firm.
Wiss has stores in Newark, East Orange, Montclair and Short Hills.
