They had a corner room, as this was taken at the same time as the previous (and next). The Royal Spanish Academy is to the left. And the Parroquia de San Jeronimo el Real de Madrid. Also across from the Prado.
The Ritz hotel is now the Mandarin Oriental Ritz. Also has a Wikipedia Page.
