Short Hills Property: 15 acres

In 1956, or shortly thereafter, Norman F. Wiss, Jr purchased approximately 15 acres of woodlands in Short Hills, NJ from Henry Bahto. The terrain was very steep. The property was sold to Thomas W. Lyons (a developer and director of Crestmont Savings & Loan). He in turn sold it to the fellow that developed the property, and made the most money. I'd like to see the property boundaries on a Google map. In the meantime here is sort of where the property was located. The developer must have also bought several contiguous properties to fit the roads into the contour of the land.
The property boundaries are described in a system known as Metes and bounds. The starting point is in the upper left. But the starting point marker is long gone.

Oriented to the north. This fits better with a real map. Fox Hill Reserve is across Hartshorn Dr.
