1939 Plymouth 4-door Sedan

This was Norm Jr's first car. He was 19. It was given to him by his grandmother. The Plymouth was a low-priced car within the Chrysler line. But Norm Jr. tricked it out. He added: two different running lights, extra bumper guards, white wall tires, a spotlight by the driver's window, and a radio.

Norm Jr. drove the car to the Smith College Charity Ball Weekend. On December 6, 1940 the car got stuck. Ann Wiss took the pictures. The second picture was a prize winning picture and was published in the Smith College Tattler, "Yale issue."
