PHILLIPSBURG, N.J., Nov. 20 – Mr. and Mrs. James J. Reynolds have made known the engagement of their daughter, Jeanette Joan, to Kenneth B. Wiss, son of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Frederick Wiss of Short Hills, N.J. The wedding has been planned for the spring. Miss Reynolds was graduated from Mount St. Joseph Academy in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia, and Rosemont (Pa.) College. Mr. Wiss is an alumnus of the Choate School in Wallingford, Conn., and Lehigh University.
