Graduate of Sarah Lawrence College Will Become Bride of Karl William Corby

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J., June 22 –Announcement has been made by Mr. and Mrs. J. Robert Wiss of this community of the engagement of their daughter, Miss Joan Wiss, to Karl William Corby, son of Mrs. G. Calvert Bowie of Rockville. Md., and the late Karl William Corby. Miss Wiss, an alumna of Miss Beard's School, Orange. was graduated this month from the Sarah Lawrence College, Bronxville, N. Y. Mr. Corby was graduated from the Lawrenceville School and attended Cornell University. He is a graduate also of the School of Navigation at George Washington University.
