Jan 28/04  Annual meeting of the stockholders of the J. Wiss & Sons div.
           held at the main office of the Company 15-33 Littleton Ave.
           Newark N.J. on the twenty eight day of January nineteen
           hundred and four.

           Meeting called to order at half past two in the
           afternoon, by the President. Present were F.C.J. Wiss,
           L.T. Wiss and H. Rauh.

           Secretary read notice of meeting dated January 21/04, apply
           of which had been sent to all stockholders.

           Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.

           Treasurer repost was read, approved and ordered on file. The
           repost covered the final year ending Dec. 31/03.

           A motion to ratify the action of the Board of Directors of the
           year 1903 was carried.

           The nomination and election of director was then provided
           with and the following were elected by 1996 votes; F.C.J. Wiss
           L.T. Wiss and H. Rauh. Motion to adjourn - duly carried.
