Oct 13/13  Special meeting of the Board of Director, held
           October thirteenth 1913 at 9:30 A.M. On motion
           of F.B. Wiss secured by J. Robert Wiss a dividend
           of Ten (10%) percent was declared payable out
           of the surplus of the Company payment of same
           to be made at once.

           Motion to adjourn carried.
