Dec 29/15 Special meeting of the Board of Director 
          held December 29 - 1915 at 9 o'clock in the morning. 
          On motion of J. Robert Wiss seconded 
          a dividend of Ten (10%) percent was declared, 
          payable at once out of the surplus of the 
          Company.
          
          Motion to adjourn carried.
