Nov 26/15  Special meeting of the Board of Director
           held November twenty sixth, nineteen
           hundred and fifteen.

           The following motion was made by J.R. Wiss
           and duly seconded. A motion that we pay
           to our president this year an extra compensation
           of three thousand dollar in view of
           the extra responsibility incurred until
           the Heinisch, motion and extra with
           in connection therewith and extra with
           close to building new office building
           further move that his compensation be
           increased from January 1st nineteen hundred
           and sixteen to fifteen thousand dollar.
           Motion carried.

           Motion to adjourn carried.
