Nov 13/16  Special meeting of the board of director held
           November Thirteenth Nineteen hundred and
           sixteen.

            Meeting called to order by president Wiss
            at 9 A.M.

            J. Robert Wiss made a motion, seconded
            by Fanny B. Wiss that we declare a dividend
            of Ten percent (10%) on the common
            stock of the company payable at once
            out of the surplus of the company.
            A motion to adjourn was carried.
