Sep 13/17  Special meeting of the Board of Director
           held the thirteenth day of September 1917. Meeting
           called to order by President Wiss at 2:50 P.M.
           Present F.C.J. Wiss and J. Robert Wiss.
           On motion of J. Robert Wiss a dividend of
           Ten (10%) percent on the common stock
           of the company was declared payable
           at once out of the surplus of the company.
           A motion to adjourn was carried.
