March 6/19 Special meeting of the Board of Director of
           the J. Wiss & Sons Co. held this Sixth day of
           March, Nineteen Hundred and Nineteen.

           Present Fred C.J. Wiss and J. Robert Wiss.
           The following resolution was presented
           and adopted.

           Resolved: That the President of this corporation
           be and hereby is authorized to enter into a 
           proposal with the Secretary of the Treasury through
           the several supply committee, to formed as
           may be ordered from time to time during the
           fiscal year beginning July 1st, 1919 and ending
           June 30th, 1920, material supplier and equipment
           described in the several schedule of supplier,
           such items on which the price have been
           entered.

           A motion to adjourn was carried.
