A special Meeting of the Board of Directors called
to order by President F.C.J. Wiss at 3:00 p.m. on
June 10, 1930.

Present were: F.C.J. Wiss - J. Robert Wiss -
Norman F. Wiss.

Norman F. Wiss moved that $25,000 be borrowed for
ninety days (90 days).

Motion seconded by J. Robert Wiss and carried.

Motion to adjourn carried.
