A special Meeting of the Board of Directors called. to order
by President F .C .J. Wiss at 11:45 a.m. on the 24th day of
June, 1930. 

Present were: F.C.J. Wiss - J. Robert Wiss - Norman F. Wiss

Norman F. Wiss moved that a dividend of l0% on the Common
Stock of the Company be declared payable out of the surplus
of the Company as of June 27th.

Motion seconded by J. Robert Wiss and carried.

Motion to adjourn carried.
