Meeting of the Board of Directors of J. Wiss & Sons Co. elected by Stockholders, held
this 26th day of January, 1933, after close of Stockholders' Meeting, called to order
at 4 P.M. All the Directors were present.

The following officers were nominated and elected:

President - J. Robert Wiss                Treasurer - Norman F. Wiss
Vice President - Norman F. Wiss           Ass't. Treasurer - Jerome B. Wiss
                        Secretary - Jerome B. Wiss

It was moved, seconded, and carried, that the salaries of the officers be continued
on the reduced basis of October 1, 1932 unless business conditions shall warrant further
reductions.

Motion to adjourn carried.
