A special meeting of the Board of Directors of J. Wiss & Sons Company was
held at the Company's office on June 8th, 1933. There were present J.
Robert Wiss - Norman F. Wiss and Jerome B. Wiss.

The President called the meeting to order at 9:30 A.M.

Upon a motion made by Norman F. Wiss and seconded by Jerome B. Wiss, and
duly passed, the Treasurer was ordered to pay out of the surplus funds of
the Corporation to stockholders of even date four dividends of 5 percent
these dividends to be paid on June 8th, 1933 - August 1st, 1933
- October 1st, 1933 - December 1st, 1933.

A further motion was made by Norman F. Wiss and seconded by Jerome B. Wiss,
and duly passed, that the regular preferred dividends be paid June 15th,
1933 and December 15th, 1933.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
