Meeting of the Board of Directors of J. Wiss & Sons Company, elected by
stockholders, held this 24th day of January 1935, after close of 
stockholders meeting - called to order at 3:30 P.M. All the directors were
present. 

The following officers were nominated and elected:

   President - J. Robert Wiss       Treasurer - Norman F. Wiss
   Vice "    - Norman F. Wiss       Asst. "   -  Jerome B. Wiss
                      Secretary - Jerome B. Wiss
 
It was moved, seconded, and carried that the salaries of the officers
be continued on the reduced basis of October, 1932.

Motion to adjourn carried.
