EX-CUTLERY TRUST FIRM INCORPORATED.

Articles of incorporation of the J. Wiss & Sons' Company were recorded in the County Clerk's office at Newark yesterday. This concern until recently was part of the National Shear Company, or, as it was known, the Cutlery Trust, which went to pieces. The Wiss plant was bought back by the original owners at an auction sale of the property of the National Shear Company held last Friday.

The new company will manufacture cutlery, deal in jewelry and import precious stones. The capital stock is fixed at $200,000. The corporators named are Frederick C.T. [sic] Wiss, Louis T. Wiss and John R. Hardin. The factory of the company is in Newark.
