Former Red Cross Aide to Be Bride of Frederick Sinon Jr.

FITCHBURG, Mass., Jan. 27– Mr. and Mrs. Harlan K. Simonds have announced the engagement of their daughter, Miss Margaret Simonds, to Frederick W. Sinon Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Sinon of Maplewood, N.J. The wedding will take place Feb. 12.

Miss Simonds in an alumna of Westover School in Middlebury, Conn. She was with the Red Cross at Fort Devens during World War II.

Her fiancé attended Culver (Ind.) Military Academy and was graduated from the Cornell University College of Engineering. He served as a major with the Army's Tenth Corps during World War II in New Guinea and the Philippines.
