Norman F. Wiss Jr. is section chairman of the cutlery, razors and razor blades group of the industry-labor division for the Community Chest campaign. His section raised $1,648 last year.

Wiss received a degree in industrial engineering from Yale University and served during the war in the Army Signal Corps, two years of it in the South Pacific. He lives in Livingston and is a member of the Christ Church, Short Hills.
